Kevin Quinn, Managing Director of Quintessential Wealth Management, has been providing financial advice since 1989. Beginning his career with Pearl Assurance in the “home service” sector, Kevin gained a solid foundation in delivering a personal and client-focused approach. This early experience shaped his commitment to delivering exceptional service, ensuring his clients receive clear, transparent, and comprehensive advice tailored to their individual needs. 

Over the years, Kevin has witnessed significant changes within the financial services industry. He prides himself on adapting to the evolving regulatory landscape while maintaining a simple, client-friendly approach to financial advice. His focus is on problem-solving rather than product-selling, ensuring his clients benefit from solutions that are both appropriate and effective. 

Kevin remains dedicated to his personal development, ensuring his industry knowledge is always current and relevant. Combined with his emphasis on building strong, lasting relationships, this allows him to offer a professional and principled service. 

Before establishing Quintessential Wealth Management in January 2018 as a Partner Practice of St. James's Place, Kevin worked as a Senior Acquisitions Manager for St. James's Place, bringing advisers into the partnership and supporting their development. 

Outside of work, Kevin is a keen golfer and enjoys playing Pickle Ball and Tennis. When not on the court or course, he can often be found exploring the culinary delights of the Lake District with his wife, Paula.
